Our tagline instantly communicates and highlights that we are smack-dab in the middle of this sought-after area, putting our location and our proximity front and center. The idea worked. We enticed prospects with the shorter commute and the idea of being able to say 'you now live in Wethersfield'. With graphics that feature stylized versions patterns and shapes that connote a highlighted spot on a map with a geographical intersection, we drive this idea home visually but in a fresh, modern way. We also made sure that the messaging emphasizes the stylish nature of the design and amenities.
