If you take everything that’s appealing about living Stamford's downtown — proximity, convenience, the vibrancy of an urban location — and combine it with everything that’s attractive about upscale apartment living — amenities, comfort, aesthetics — what you get is 66 Summer Street, distinctively downtown rentals + retail.
Our imagery addressed one question: what does it truly mean to be at the center of things? Predominant visuals were segments from a new, custom-designed collage which included lifestyle images, symbols, interior ques, icons, and textures all drawn from our location; plus surrounding destinations. Think photos of local bartenders. Objects representing proximity to water, mountains, city + train. Typewriter keys and textures from our interiors. Map icons and lines to emulate paths downtown. BRIO's concept was all about illustrating the huge array of benefits to living in downtown Stamford, in the heart of the City, while visually representing the idea of city plus life. A place where all of these features add+ up to be more than just the sum of its parts.
Typography was used to prominently illustrate benefits in a graphically arresting and sophisticated style. Words are deconstructed and are placed in tandem in an unusual and captivating way to create a unique portrait of CITY + LIFE in every interesting and imaginable way.
