AINSLIE SQUARE | A Modern Classic
Completed in early 2019, and recently sold out in 2020, Ainslie Square is a neighborhood within a neighborhood near downtown Stamford. This high barrier to entry market was ripe for a new for sale community of homes in this post WW2 enclave of existing homes in the sought after neighborhood close to downtown. This enclave of stunning single-family homes and townhome-style floor plans combine the warmth and comfort of a Connecticut modern farmhouse with the design details that are luxurious and fresh. Located on Colonial Road, we played with the ideas of 'classic colonial' as well as a more 'eclectic & collected' vibe. A blend of the two style's ultimately emerged from our design charrette. The tagline, A Modern Classic, blends the best qualities of this modern, amenity-rich neighborhood built with time-honored craftsmanship. Perfect for both young professionals, growing families, and the young at heart.
