Sharon has had a storied career, garnering Emmy nominations for her Lifetime Television work, and creating high-profile multi-platform campaigns that range from USA TODAY street performances targeted to marketers, to Coca-Cola Super Bowl commercials (remember the spot that featured the Pepsi truck driver who drank Coke?).
She has been creative director/copywriter on a variety of household name clients in addition to Coca-Cola. These include Colgate-Palmolive, Kenneth Cole, NASDAQ, CBS, and General Foods, not to mention many local and regional businesses including an auto dealership, a hospital system, several luxury resorts and assorted economic development organizations. She has a wide range of experience with both consumer and business-to-business brands.
As a writer, Sharon has written many television pilots for networks such as Nickelodeon, MTV and NY1. She has also worked on character development for Children’s Television Workshop.
Sharon is currently leading the creative charge for wellness resorts such as Green Mountain at Fox Run Retreat in Vermont and Miraval Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ, including the development of new advertising campaigns and a comprehensive rebranding. As they gear up to introduce a home line to consumers, another branding effort is underway now for Comphy, the world’s leading provider of spa linens. She has also written a book for Miraval, and has recently penned film scripts for world-renowned filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg of Moving Art Productions in Los Angeles. In recent years, after creating an image campaign for USA TODAY, she spearheaded a complete rebrand of media giant Gannett, including a new logo, mission/vision, tagline, website, internal launch and multi-media ad campaign.
